Rather than searching for Realtek ALC drivers, I would go to the motherboard manufactures website and download the drivers from there. It doesn’t work at all. A few weeks ago it was working great, suddenly it stopped working, i looked about on some forums and found some info saying to remove the “ghost” devices of the same from the device manager, i did that to no avail, then i followed some more steps which were i had to disable then uninstall the Microsoft UAA Bus driver in order to reinstall my drivers without error. Could this be the cause which is conflicting with Realtek one? Guyper Yes, I did. I am not familiar with that mother board, are you using the sound jack on the rear of the motherboard or the ones on your case? If you can reinstal the windows UAA dirvers.

Have a look around in the Nvidia control panel and see if there are any options for audio on there. Try this, Right click on the volume control bottom right beside the clock Select “Adjust audio properties” Then select the “audio” tab.
